some things to include in your request email:
1.) your name (or your username or a pseudonym) and pronouns2.) which menu item you're ordering (see below)3.) a brief description of your request (who you want me to draw, specific details you want to include, stylistic preferences, etc)4.) any deadlines or financial restrictions

1.) commissions are for personal use only (no commercial or ai use)2.) i offer various affordability options (interested? mention it in your request!)3.) i use paypal for invoices.4.) i reserve the right to refuse any request for any reason at any time (Request denial can happen for many reasons [ex: availability conflict] so don't be afraid to submit another request in the future!)5.) all clients must agree to my terms of service before i start drawing.6.) while i am able to offer various styles from cartoonish to realistic, i will not replicate another artist's work.7.) there is no amount of money you could pay me to get me to remove my signatures and anti-ai disclaimer from any art i create, including your commission.
the process
average turnaround: 1-2 weeks(this is a summery of the average commission process and may vary from person to person)
1.) the request: send me a request form or email2.) the consult: we'll chat about what you're looking for, your budget, and potential deadlines3.) the agreement: if it's a good fit, we'll go over the terms of service, which summarizes everything discussed in the consult. we both must agree to the terms4.) the down-payment: I invoice you for the down-payment, typically half of the total value of the commission. payment required before i start drawing. this is typically non-refundable.5.) the sketch: i send a watermarked first draft and ask for feedback. repeat until you're happy with the sketch, up to 3 times. once the sketch is approved, major changes may result in extra fees or a longer turnaround.6.) the full payment: once the sketch is approved, i'll invoice you for the remainder of the commission price. payment required before i continue drawing.7.) the render: i'll send watermarked updates of the lineart/color stages. I'll ask for feedback and make minor changes as needed (ex: change eye color). please remember that major revisions may result in extra fees or a longer turnaround.8.) the delivery: the best part! once the final piece is approved, i'll send the art in a .zip file via email. inside is a .jpeg, a .png, and instructions for tipping. tipping is never required but always appreciated.
terms of service
NOTICE: This is the CONDENSED version of the TOS. Detailed info may be missing. The sole purpose of this condensed version is for the Customer to have an easy overview of the main points. A full tos with details on your specific commission will be provided during the consultation.
- Pay up front is required before Seller begins work.- Product will be delivered digitally.- Seller will not be responsible for loss of product once it has been delivered.- Customer has right to three major revisions in the sketching phase.- Customer has right to reasonable amounts of minor edits in the render phase (ex: eye color change)- Must be paid in usd- Customer can ask for a refund on orders with no progress for three weeks, or when work has not been completed within three months.- Customer is required to contact the seller in a fast and responsive manner.- Products cannot be used for commercial use without additional fees.- Seller can cancel and refund any order at any time.- Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.- Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any AI-related technology, including submitting for datasets, and any future inventions in the space.
